Executive Vice President

Tony is a Certified Licensing Professional and finance executive with over 15 years of experience licensing software and information assets.  He has negotiated multiple and complex strategic relationships. Tony has developed and sold software and data products, and participated in successful licensing-related arbitration and mediation. He developed financial models to accurately measure damages and generate an outstanding outcome for the prevailing party.

Tony understands how to value intellectual property assets, and more importantly, how to articulate that value in terms that make sense. 

In addition to his licensing expertise, Tony also brings an operational accounting background to royalty auditing to assure thorough and accurate audits, and full recovery of any unpaid license revenues. His career includes  management and executive positions with leading semiconductor, software, and data management companies. Tony holds an MBA from UCLA and is an active and contributing member of the Association of University Technology Managers and the Licensing Executives Society.
