Executive Vice President and CFO
Tony is a
Certified Licensing Professional and finance executive with over 15 years of experience licensing software
and information assets. He has negotiated multiple and complex
strategic relationships. Tony has developed and sold software and data
products, and participated in successful licensing-related arbitration
and mediation.
He developed financial models to accurately measure
damages and generate an outstanding outcome for the prevailing
party.
Tony understands how to value intellectual property assets, and more
importantly, how to articulate that value in terms that make sense.

Welch, DBA, CPA, CFE
Executive Vice President
Dr. Welch is a Certified Public Accountant and
a Certified Fraud Examiner. He directs royalty audits, valuation
projects, and serves as a damages expert. Dave is a former professor of
Accounting, Forensic Accounting, and Fraud Examination with more than 20
years of experience, including providing forensic accounting services to
attorneys involved in business litigation. Strengths include the ability
to analyze quantitative and qualitative information, determine the
issues, and develop a professional opinion. Dr. Welch is noted for his
ability to provide clear and convincing written reports and
easily-understood expert witness testimony.
